The Briery Homes team has worked together for over 20 years delivering high-quality housing developments. As we're not answerable to external investors or listed on the stockmarket we can get on with putting pride, passion, time and commitment into every development we start and every home we build.
We understand that buying a new home is a very special moment in anyone's life. That's why we employ friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff to ensure our new homeowners get the best possible service and advice through the buying process, when moving into their homes and beyond.
We also want people to love where they live as much as their home. That's why we give our developments a real sense of community, and why we study the local area, understand its needs and aspirations, and the role our development will play within it.
Briery Homes was founded in 2003 and is based in the North West of England. However our track record goes back a lot further through companies such as Crowther Homes and Merewood, where we were responsible for the award-winning Denton Holme Mills in Carlisle.
